A board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Weltman earned an undergraduate degree from Queens College and a medical degree from New York University, both located in New York, NY. Dr. Weltman stayed in New York to complete an internship in Internal Medicine from Weill Cornell University and a dermatology residency from New York University Skin and Cancer Center, New York, NY.
Following his residency, Dr. Weltman completed a MOHS Micrographic Surgery fellowship at the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Weltman is a member of several medical associations and societies including the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, Florida Society of Mohs Surgeons and the Florida Medical Association.
