INSURANCE, PAYMENT & BILLING
At Water's Edge Dermatology, we accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. See the insurance plans we accept.
If your insurance plan requires you a co-payment, co-insurance and/or a deductible, this will need to be paid at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit and Green Sky.
To avoid a delay in payment or possibly being charged for additional fees, please do not use a third party company to make payments toward an account balance.

REFERRALS
If your insurance is an HMO or Managed Care Plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen at our office. Please coordinate this in advance with your primary care physician. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
AFTER HOURS URGENT MEDICAL NEEDS
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our providers after our regular hours, please call the office you visit. A provider is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT!
