A physician assistant, Marianne Pineda has been practicing since 2011. She earned a bachelor’s degree in health science from the University of Florida. Marianne then graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, where she earned a master’s degree in the physician assistant program.
As a physician assistant with specialized training in clinical and surgical dermatology procedures, Marianne enjoys treating patients with cancerous and pre-cancerous lesions. She performs full skin examinations and minor surgical procedures including excision of benign lesions (moles, cysts, etc.) and skin cancer removal.
“I enjoy helping my patients feel good about how they look and am happy that I can bring my skills at using various injectables along with laser hair removal treatments to help them.”
A Florida native born to Colombian parents, Marianne speaks English and Spanish fluently. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, music, traveling and staying current on the latest dermatological advances.
